2. Eligibility & Access

We reserve the right to request valid proof of age from any guest at any time. 4. Event Conduct & House Rules

All guests at NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behaviour at all times. Our venue is designed as a refined, atmospheric space for social dinners, hosted games, and immersive evenings. Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other guests or places our staff or property at risk will not be tolerated.

You agree not to engage in behaviour that is abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate. NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises, or to end an event early, where such conduct occurs, without any obligation to provide a refund or alternative date.

Real-money gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited at NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD. This includes, without limitation, cash betting, wagering with real money or monetary equivalents, side bets or informal stakes between guests, and any form of deposit, pot, or pooled funds linked to game outcomes. We will take reasonable steps to cater for disclosed requirements; however, we cannot guarantee that dishes will be free from trace elements of allergens. Guests with severe allergies should inform both the organiser and our staff on arrival.

Where a particular menu item becomes unavailable due to supply or seasonal changes, NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD may make like-for-like substitutions of equal or higher quality. Any such adjustments will be made with consideration for the overall integrity of the experience.

7. Liability & Safety

NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD takes reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, including by maintaining the venue, training staff, and implementing safety procedures appropriate to our operations. Even so, participation in themed activities, movement around the venue, and engagement with hosted entertainment is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Failure to comply with such directions may result in your participation being limited or your removal from certain activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by you or your guests in connection with your attendance or participation at the venue, except where directly caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. In any case, our aggregate liability in connection with a particular booking will be limited (to the extent permitted by law) to the amount paid by you to NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable provisions of applicable legislation.

8. Cancellations & Amendments

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and amendments fairly while protecting the viability of our carefully planned evenings. Specific cancellation timeframes and fees will be set out in your booking confirmation or event proposal, and may vary based on the scale and nature of your reservation.

In general, changes to guest numbers, menu selections, or entertainment inclusions requested within the agreed notice period will be accommodated where possible, though they may affect pricing or available options. Significant reductions in guest numbers or material changes to the event format may be treated as a partial cancellation and could incur fees.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Where a deposit has been paid, the refundability of that amount will depend on the terms communicated at the time of booking, the notice period provided, and any non-recoverable costs already incurred by NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD on your behalf.

In rare circumstances, NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD may need to reschedule, relocate within the venue, or cancel an event due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as safety concerns, essential maintenance, or government directives. In such cases, we will work with you to offer an alternative date, adjusted format, or (where appropriate) a refund of amounts paid for services not delivered.
